Job Results
So I didn't get that job I interviewed for. They told me today that they found someone else to fill the position. Today I checked Craig's List for more jobs and I'm fairly sure they reposted the job opening because it specifically had two very different locations and job responsibilities for criteria. So basically even when I'm compared against no one I'm not wanted as a worker. Fucking swell.

Hey, sorry to hear 'bout that...it sucks. For some odd reason, these past few weeks have seemed to be pretty awful ones for several people i know, moi included...bah! Sorry. What IS it??? Sunspots??? The earth's rotation?

Actually, I look into those sites too and after a while, noticed that those jobs tend to repeat itself. For instance, one job could say "posted 3 days ago...;" 6 months later, I check back and the same job will say "posted 2 days ago...." Can't really trust those sites. Your best bet would be networking, but I know its tough. I hate networking.
That sucks...I sympathise.
I am too old to work in retail or hospitality, cause they don't want to train someone over the age of 16 (let alone 23) and have no experience, so have to get by on casual tutoring and research assistant stuff. Chronic wallet insufficiency, with occasional acute exacerbations.
And I have always found job websites hopeless. The only jobs I have ever had have been word of mouth referrals.
